At Hello Beautiful Salon & Boutique, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We require a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit and a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied to services only. 

We understand that things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us more than 48 hours notice.

Our stylists work on commission, which means if you don't show up, they don't get paid. Canceling or rescheduling the appointment last minute doesn't allow them enough time to fill up that spot.

Our policy exists to ensure our stylists are compensated fairly for their valued time and talent. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

  • You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment.

  • You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you don't show up for your appointment.
